    1800V/ 3300V Opto SiC MOSFET Relay

    AA53F is a normally open SPST SiC MOS relay with an SMD6-5 package. AA53F is with 3300V load voltage and 300mA load current. AS58F is one with a SO-16 package and creepage distance >8mm.
