This is a High Frequency Reed Relay that can switch signals up to 6.5GHz with a breakdown voltage at 210VDC and carry currents up at 1 Amp. it is designed with a Form A normally opened contact arrangment. Most suitable to the demands of Automated Test Equipment, measurements, instrumentation, and telecommunications markets, our BU series reed relay combines miniature size with excellent RF performance. The inclusion of Electrostatic shields on pins enables an extortion-free channel for RF signals to pass through. Additionally, the external magnetic protection reduces interaction between parts when PCB real estate is limited. This reed relay is hermetically sealed to ensure long life and high durability. This enables high insulation resistance at 10^12Ω. The BU series reed relay is tested with test items such as Dynamic and static contact resistance, voltage/current overload, RF performing isolation, and many more. All manufacture and testing processes are done in our Hsinchu factory with ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications.
