High Voltage Reed Relay
With the ability to load voltage up to 18,000V, our (1 Form A) High Voltage Reed Relays have a power rating of 50 Watts and can carry current at 3 Amps. Nominal Coil Voltage is in choices of 12VDC and 24VDC. For the LRL-PCZ series, we brought out the end of contacts by lead wire to enhance mounting flexibility. These Relays are hermetically sealed and repeatedly tested for reliability; thus, they can withstand up to 20Gs of vibration and 30Gs of shock. To dramatically improve the reed switches' reliability and lifetime within these relays, we sputtered the most suitable ratio of ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, platinum, and tungsten onto the reed switch contact. Our High Voltage Reed Relays also presents stable low contact resistance and excellent performing insulation resistance . After assembly, we test these High Voltage Reed Relays thoroughly. Test items include resistance measurement throughout the reed switches’ opening, closing, and static cycles; we also test for release and operating voltage, ratio and time, temperature, aging, voltage/current overdrive and many more. These Relays are designed, manufactured, and tested 100% in our Hsinchu factory with ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications.
