DC to 60 GHz SP4T micro-mechanical RF MEMS Switch
MM5800
This is a DC to 60GHz micro-mechanical RF MEMS Switch. It provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity as an SP4T from DC to 60GHz with greater than 3 billion switching cycles.
The MM5800 is still under development, samples will be avaliable by 2022 Q3.
