High Voltage Reed Relay
The LRL-10-PCZ-20KV Series is tailored for applications demanding ultra-high voltage performance, delivering a robust 10W power rating, 3A maximum carry current, and reliable switching at 20,000VDC. With 1 Form A contact configuration and coil voltage options of 12VDC or 24VDC, this reed relay is engineered for precision switching in insulation monitoring equipment, power grid diagnostics, surge testers, and other high-voltage systems.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the LRL-PCZ-20KV series features extended lead wire terminals and integrated mounting ears, making installation secure and adaptable across various setups. Each unit is hermetically sealed to protect the reed switch against environmental influences and contamination, ensuring long-term stability and consistent performance. The internal contacts are enhanced through a sputter-deposited alloy blend of ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, platinum, and tungsten, formulated to optimize arc resistance and extend contact life under repetitive high-voltage switching.
To guarantee exceptional contact resistance stability and high insulation performance, every relay undergoes a complete suite of functional and endurance testing. This includes measurements during dynamic opening and closing cycles, release and operate voltage testing, temperature and aging simulations, and overdrive stress analysis. All LRL-PCZ-20KV relays are fully manufactured and tested at our ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certified factory in Hsinchu, Taiwan, ensuring strict process control and traceability from design to delivery.
