    The MM5230 is a high-frequency (DC to 26 GHz) SP4T micro-mechanical RF MEMS switch designed for DC and wideband RF/microwave switch applications. It can handle up to 25 W of continuous wave power and 150 W of pulsed power, with isolation reaching 42 dB in Super-Port mode. It comes in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm BGA package and is suitable for applications such as switched filter banks, RF front ends, antenna tuning, and EM relay replacements.
    It delivers ultra-low insertion loss (0.3 dB @ 6.0 GHz), high linearity (IIP3 95 dBm Typical), and supports over 3 billion switching cycles, making it ideal for systems requiring high reliability and precision performance.

    Compared to the MM5130, which uses 100 μm solder balls, the MM5230 features 200 μm solder balls for stronger mechanical bonding and more stable assembly performance.
